Robust High Quality First Instruction:

Tier I instruction is best first teach.  This means the first time that we teach a concept, we have a clear understanding of the concept, where it fits into the big picture of the unit and how best to teach the concept.  The idea is that when we are crystal clear on these things, we are able to provide high quality instruction.  The only effective way to improve schools is to improve instruction. The best way to achieve a robust high quality lesson is to work within the PLC focusing on Protocol A.
